We’ve been in business for years, and this vendor stands out as the most unprofessional we’ve ever dealt with. In December 2024, we paid an advance of approximately 1.6 lakhs for low-volume injection molding, with a promised lead time of one month. It’s now the end of March 2025, and we haven’t even received a satisfactory sample. Their representative, Varun, has proven to be both unreliable and dishonest in his communication. Even escalating the issue to their senior named Paul has been useless. It seems they are all in on it. Good reviews are all fake as these people fail at such simple job, no way they have satisfied customer.

I have ordered many products from them, and I am extremely satisfied. They offer the best quality products with excellent print quality and outstanding service. Highly recommended!
